We talked earlier in the month about being organized for health by packaging healthy snacks of fruits and veggies to grab when you’re hungry. Another great snack idea that is easy to take “to go” are nuts and granola. These foods don’t spoil with heat, and they provide protein and healthy fats to keep your body fueled during the day. When you keep your body fueled, you will be performing at your best all through the day. Who knew being organized would keep you healthy?
