Organizing Your Correspondence- Organize by Month

You can also use a card organizer by month.  So if you want to buy personalized cards from a store such as Hallmark, you can then insert them in your card organizer by month.  This works great if you buy months of cards in advance.  For most events, like birthdays, you can buy cards well in advance as they are available all year.  Other cards that are holiday specific must be purchased within the months immediately before the holiday.
