Take ten minutes, and take the photos off your memory card and put them on your computer. With the advances made in digital photography over the past decade, most people who own cameras own a digital one. When we organize peoples homes, we find that we are finding less shoe boxes with photos, and more stacks of memory cards with unprocessed photos on them. Memory cards are made to be reusable, so once you have a few, there is really no need to buy more. Matt takes a lot of photos, and his memory cards are 16GB, and hold about 500 photos a piece. When we finish an event, like a birthday or vacation we empty the cards on to our computers and ultimately burn back up DVD’s so that the photos are safe in the event of a hard drive failure. From here, we can put them into photo books, or share with friends on Facebook. So think about it…What good are all of your photos if no one ever sees them?
