I’ve shopped at L.L.Bean my whole life. Really, my parents dressed me in their cute little kids clothes and I grew up visiting the Freeport, Maine store every summer and Christmas.
So its not a surprise that one of my favorite things is the Boat and Tote. The bag is a fashion icon and its classic look goes with anything. However, its the durability and versatility of the bag that I love. I keep a few by the door to grad and use whenever my arms are full of things to carry. They make great bags for the beach, sporting equipment, groceries, school books, you name it.
Over time the bags get softer and easier to scrunch up . They are affordable and come in a variety of colors now. These bags can be monogrammed and make great gifts too.
