Cute AND Functional

I recently received Emera’s Classic Canvas Camera tote.  It arrived and right out of the bag was very cute.  It comes in a dust bag (and we all know how much I love those!).

The outside of the bags is a durable textured black canvas.  Emera says its even water resistant.  It has a sleek, sophisticated design that almost looks Kate Spade like.

The bag opens completely so you can easily put large items in and out.

The over the shoulder straps are comfortable as well as cute.  They are black leather on this model.

The inside of the bag is really the big deal.  Its fully compartmentalized and its padded so that it will ORGANIZE and PROTECT your camera equipment.  The bag came with six compartments already set up.  However, the padded velcro “walls” can be moved into any configuration to fit your special equipment.

One thing I really like about this bag is that it can accept items other than camera items.  I could easily fit my Kindle in here and, with a little careful configuring, maybe even my laptop.  I also like the small pockets on each side of the bag…perfect for my phone, a plane ticket or something else I might need to grab and access quickly.

The bag is lightweight to start, so loading it up with electronics and camera equipment won’t be a concern at all.

Over all I think the bag is cute and functional and I am taking it as my carry on in February on a business trip!  I can’t wait to hear all the compliments I get!

Emera’s bag are not cheap, but they aren’t overly expensive either.  WELL worth it for the style and functionality you get in this bag.  (And far less costly than many of my husband’s camera bags!)
