I was recently given the change to read and review a copy of What’s a Disorganized Person to Do? I have read dozens of organizing books and although I often get one great idea from each book, there are little differing themes in most of these books.
This book is different. Its presented through tips. I know that I find tips easier to read, as do most of my clients. The tips are divided up into the sections of the house (bedroom, entry way, office, etc). The tips are quick and easy to read and easily digestable.
What I like was that the book not only gave tips about how to organize, but it also gives tips on the products to use. I also liked the how to tips on other things such as how to create a PDF and what documents to shred. This books is comprehensive how to guide on how to get organized.
I loved the “one hour project” series located throughout the book. The reader can complete one of these projects in an hour and at the end have a completed project that they can feel good about.
The book even comes with stickers so you can mark items that you want to show someone or complete.
Although every tip in the book may not apply to you, when you read this book you are sure to come away with tips that you can easily implement in your own home today. You will gain confidence and inspiration.
