Sleep Phones Review

My husband has a hard time falling asleep. He sometimes wants the TV on, sometimes off. He needs white noise and the room to be completely dark. I make fun of him calling him “The Prince and The Pea” and all sorts of variations. Until he found the Sleep Phones, the nightly ritual was a little much to bear.

The sleep phones are a fleece headband with a set of headphones inside of them. They plug into any regular MP3 player. While my husband couldn’t wear regular headphones at night because they hurt his ears, these are comfortable enough to sleep in.

The headband is machine washable when its necessary to wash them.

They drown out any ambient noise and allow him to sleep comfortably and soundly. As a matter of fact, more soundly than he has in a while. And a more restful night’s sleep leads to a more productive day.

So while he’s been searching for a way to listen to music while sleeping for a long time, he doesn’t need to look any further now!
