Pac Safe Travel Safe Review

I’m in love with this item.  I travel alone a lot and lately I’ve become more and more worried about leaving all of my possessions in my hotel room while I travel/speak/run, etc.

This item takes away all that worry.  Its a travel safe.  Obviously you can’t take your home safe with you when you travel!  And not ever hotel room offers a safe in every room.

The safe works very easily.  You place your items inside the slash proof container. (This one is 12 liters) and you use the cable “draw cord” to tighten it.  Then you padlock the cord to a secure fixture in the hotel room.  (Its a little more complicated than this, but instructions are included and it only took me about one minute to figure it out before I realized there were instructions.)

The safe retails for about $70 and its peace of mind for me to be able to leave my valuables in the hotel room without worry.  When you stop and think about the price of replacing lost or stolen items, it really adds up fast.  (For me all it took was realizing how much it would cost me to replace my iPod and running watch!)

The safe rolls up so its easy to take with you. It weighs about a pound (because of the padlock) but the weight is worth it in your luggage.
