We all know I love fitness and I workout a lot. So I’m always skeptical about new workout videos and if they really make you work. Well this new video by Exhale will make you sweat!
Exhale is a line of gym/spas and you can visit their studios to break a sweat in person. However, if you want to sweat it out a home, you can try this new video. The video is set up into 30 days worth of workouts. You click on the week you are on and then the workout you want to do that day. You are given “off days” and you can take them on the day they prescribe or any place in the week.
The workouts are challenging and you will gain strength and flexibility as well as endurance. This is surprising as the workouts are only 20 minutes. While this workout may not been the perfect one for someone who wants to work out for hours at a time, its great for a new mom, a busy executive, etc. Anyone who has to fit working out around their other responsibilities will benefit from this video. And the fact that you can do it from home helps too!
I also love the idea of giving this video to people who are new to working out. Generally, when you are new to something you want to do it in the privacy of your own home until you’ve gained a little confidence. And the small, manageable chunks of workout time make it all much less daunting.
After you’re done the 30 days program you can do it again! Whatever you decide to do, you will have gained a skill set about yoga, strength and your core will be stronger.
