Lots of people think that cooking while you’re camping is challenging.  The truth is that it doesn’t have to be.  There are so many canned and packed food now that you can bring just about anything with you.  The most versatile item to cook on is a camp stove.  You can heat up and cook just about anything.  The key is to make sure you keep it simple with few ingredients that need to be kept cold in a cooler.  Involve the kids and use the campfire to cook when possible.
