How to Organize Your Purses

There are LOTS of ways to organize your purses.  There are as many ways as there are different types of of purses.  Now how you organize your bags will depend on the number of bags you have, the space you have available and the size and shape of your bags.  I’m going to go over just a few ways.  But keep in mind, with a little creativity, the sky’s the limit!

Lots of people have underutilized hanging storage.  You can even add a second hanging bar into your closet very easily.  Then you can hang your purses like the photo seen here.  Make sure the purses are empty so that the straps don’t suffer damage from being too heavy while hanging.

Another option is cubbies like those seen below.  If you have the space, its a great way to store and see all of your purses at once.  However, without anything covering them, its easy for them to get dusty when not in use.

I love this hybrid idea of using a small bookshelf to hang some purses and have others sitting on shelves.  Book cases can be found at super stores and painted or even at yard sales.  Add a small bar to hang from and you have a purse station that looks cute too!

If you don’t have a ton of space a purse organizer that puts lots of bags on one hanging device is your best option.  Again, make sure bags are empty so they don’t become too heavy for the organizer!

If your purses are a work of art and you have a wall to dedicate to it, try a system like this one.  You can easily see all of your bags and enjoy then even when you aren’t using them.  Be careful and resist the urge to just store the bag with things like food and pens in it!

Wow. I'm just amazed. I would never get this done. This was something that I truly wanted to do for months. I now have room! I feel like I can breath again.

Quick Tips

If you live far from family members, help your child sign their artwork and then mail it to your friends and family.

Unless they have kids of their own, they won't have tons of artwork.

The ones you mail may be the only ones on their fridge.
