Home Inventory with Home Zada

I was recently introduced to Home Zada.  Its a new system of home inventory and maintenance they helps you keep everything you need in one place.

Home Zada is an online system that allows you to track your home maintenance schedule including electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.  You can record when and what you did to your home, the cost and the details.  Its perfect for those small things that always fall between the cracks.  For example, when you need to touch up paint colors, its now easy to check your Home Zada account and find out what brand and color you purchased.

 

You can also record home inventory.  There are suggested lists for you to start with.  This was a great tool for me.  I rent and in order to purchase accurate renter’s insurance I need to know what is in every room, a task more difficult than you think.

Finances can also be tracked with Home Zada.  This helps you be able to access things digitally, which is perfect for the person on the go (and who isn’t?).
