Want to spruce up a pair of flip flops? Tie balloons on them! Super easy and really cute when they are done, this is a great activity any age will like. Stock up on flip flops when they go on sale. Old Navy often has inexpensive flip flops at the start of the summer.
Paint popsicle sticks and glue them together to create just about anything. They are readily available at craft stores or on Etsy.
No explanation needed. This is an oldie but a goodie. Not for really little kids and may need some adult supervision. However, it is adorable, time consuming (in a good way) and fun to wear!
