I will admit it. I’m a bit of a tree hugger. I’ve been this way as long as I can remember. However, as time as gone on, there are more and more products that have become difficult to recycle. I’ve been doing research for some clients and I’ve recently come across some new recycling resources and I wanted to share them with you.
Remember, the first line of defense when getting rid of something is to give it away. You can use Craig’s List or Freecycle to list items that you can’t donate easily.

Operation Fairy Dust will take your old gowns. http://www.operationfairydust.org/index-1.html
Your local office supply store will take ink cartridges. Also, when you buy a new ink cartridge, often there is a pre paid envelope in the package so you can mail the old one back.

This is just a very small list I put together to get you thinking about some of the unique things you can recycle. Google what you want to recycle and chances are you will find a way to give it a new home!
