Organizing Supplies You’ll Love

Every so often I like to see what’s new and fun in the world of organizing supplies.  While something can be traditional, like a pen cup, it’s style may be updated.  I like to bring you a variety of price points, styles and creative options to fit your budget, needs and decor.  Let me know in the comments below what you like or don’t like!

Clear The Clutter, Find Happiness is Donna Smallin’s newest book. This one is a gem.  It’s small in size so it fits into your purse or bag and can easily be read on the go.  The book is filled with nuggets of organizing wisdom.  You can read each tip in a few seconds and many don’t take long to implement.  This book is just what you need to kick start yourself into making the changes you’ve been putting off.  I like that you don’t have to invest a lot of time reading, just digest a few tips at a time when you have a few minutes in between other activities.  This would make a super gift book!

Everyone enjoys an organized desk.  A clean surface will help you keep stress levels down while keeping productivity up.  I really DO NOT like the look of plastic desk trays.  I recently found an online store called Bo Concept.  They sell stylish items that are great for organizing.  Two of my favorites are their pen holder and desk tray.  Made from real wood, they are stunning pieces that look MUCH more expensive than they are.  The pen holder has a sliding divider down the center so you can customize it to your needs.  These are surprisingly lightweight too.  These would make a great dad or grad gift as well!

It may look a little odd but the Hang o Matic makes picture hanging easy.  It allows you to make level marks on your wall with one tool.  No fuss, no balancing and no extra marks on the wall.  Awesome for hanging all of those photos you’ve wanted to put on the wall!

Bell’Invito has some amazing products.  Two of my favorites are their Gift Tags and Ribbon Ties and their Adhesive Labels.  The gift tags come in different shapes with different colored ribbons.  These are perfect for labeling anything that’s not flat (like a basket). I love that they look classy, and blend well with various decor themes.  The adhesive labels are amazing for plastic bins, pantry shelves or even party favors.  They stick well, and allow plenty of room to write on them. The border ads a little style to it.  You can buy these in different shapes and colors too!

So we’ve all seen those color coded key caps.  However, color coding does you NO GOOD if you can’t remember what each color represents!  Label Label Key Caps takes it to another level and allows you to not only color code, but to label your keys so you always know what they belong to!  Buy a multi colored pack or pick your favorite color and give your keys a makeover.  These are perfect for all of those keys you have in the junk drawer!

I love magnets.  They are a great way to maximize storage and wall space.  I was able to try out Hooked on Paint’s magnets that still to MAGNETIC PAINT!  These are the only magnets that will work with magnetic paint and they are great!  They hold just about anything at all and they are great for those hard to hang frames, art and storage solutions.  Check out their website for some inspiration!
