Back To School Gear

We all know that you need notebooks and pens to head back to school.  However, there’s a lot more things that you can take the opportunity to stock up on.  It’s also a great time of year to purge items and clothing you don’t use and to clean out your beauty products.  Here are some items I love for the fall.

Everyone needs an adorable lunch bag.  You don’t get any more adorable than Sea Bag’s Star Lunch Bag. This next item is my favorite.  Knock Knock’s Fabulous Plumb Fabulous Book is the most sophisticated notebook you’ll ever use.  The leatherette cover is covered with mint green dots.  The interior pages are tipped in green and illustrations of socialites from decades ago decorate the inside.  You can’t help but feel a little more worldly using it.

Need a little whimsy in your day?  Add in Knock Knock’s Whatever note book.  It can refer to your state of mind of what you’re keeping in the notebook.  Either way, kids of all ages will love this gem.

It’s not a shock that Office Depot sells some amazing back to school supplies.  Some of my favorites from their wide selection:  Their stylish folders, like this gold dot one, are perfect for fashion conscience college students.   Even their rulers are pretty darn cute.   If you have to have a pair of scissors on your desk, make them beautiful.  I love the mint color on these.  No one should start a new school year without these timeless gems; Mr. Sketch Water Color Markers.  They are as much fun as you remember and they color great too.  Get a set for your child and one for yourself.  Vintage fun!
