June Favorite Things

It’s that time again…time for June’s favorite things!  This month I wanted to focus on things that would fit into your life….an accessory you can use to make any outfit cuter, snacks for on the go, and a way to make every day a little more relaxing….and more!

For The Book Lover

If you are a book lover, or have one in your life, you need to check out Storiarts.  Their amazing literary products are unique and stunning.  I was lucky enough to be able to try out the Alice in Wonderland scarf.  It’s an infinity scarf about 63″ in circumference and 12″ wide….very generous in size.  The fabric is oh so soft and thick.  It weighs about 8 ounces so you can wear this year round.  The black and white motif makes it sophisticated but for those who look a little closer, you’ll be delighted with the text and illustrations.   There are lots and lots of literary choices available too!

 

Perfectly Kissable

Aroma Therapy

You know I love essential oils.  See what I had to say about them in a previous blog post here.  There are a lot of diffusers out there and I’ve tried a few of them.  Not only have I broken some, they look like plastic eye sores in the areas of my home that I use them.  I was lucky enough to come across this diffuser made by Organic Aromas.  Not only is the wood exterior stunning, it’s effective. It can diffuse oil for up to 800 square feet.  For me, this is most of the bottom floor of my home.  It turns off automatically and the runs so quietly you don’t know it’s on.  This is the perfect way to relax and calm your home, or to give it a festive flair, just pick whatever oil your mood fancies.  This makes an amazing house warming present or even a super baby shower gift as well! I am adding another to my wish list…for my office!

Snack Attack

I’m always looking out for healthy snacks that taste amazing.  I spent a lot of time on the go and let’s just say that finding something that’s healthy AND delicious?  Not so easy.  I was able to try out Hail Merry’s snack bites and they are just what I was looking for.  They are lacking in every positive way possible.  Their snacks are all;  R.A.W. and C.L.E.A.N., Gluten-Free, NON-GMO, Vegan, Fair Trade, and Kosher.  BUT they come in amazing flavors like; caramel sea salt, dark chocolate, lemon, pure vanilla, chocolate chip, and salted brownie.  I mean flavors like these are desserts, not health food!  However, they are just what the doctor ordered in terms of healthy fats, calories, and portion size.  I promise you, even the kids will love these.

Stress Free Cosmetics

Breakfast On The Go

Eating a healthy breakfast while running out the door is tough. In fact, it’s one of the hardest things I’ve had to tackle in regards to a healthy diet.
