If you don’t live near a Christmas Tree Shop, I’m sorry. Not only because you won’t be able to visit one to grab the items in this post, but because it’s a pretty amazing place that sells so much more than Christmas Trees. In fact, they only have Christmas trees during the holidays and even then, just a few. It’s a store filled with low cost items that they make for their own store or have gotten from other stores when they have surplus inventory. I’ve been going since I was a little kid and it’s a staple in my bargain hunting!
So I went last night and I found some AWESOME bargains for organizing! Here are some of my favorites…and it took me a while to narrow it down to these.
So here goes!
(Please note these were the prices at my store and may vary by location.)
They had LOTS of calendars-wall, pocket and planners too. I loved this hard bound little planner for just $1.
The underbed storage tote was just $4.99. They had over door shoe organizers, underbid shoe organizers and purse organizes too. Everything was under $5. I found these in the WAY back of the store, near the pet stuff, so make sure to look around!
These teal containers were $4.99. They are by Interdesign as you can see. This is a brand that The Container Store sells and they are usually MUCH more than $4.99. I love these for items in your bathroom, first aid kit supplies or small toys. LOVE these also for INSIDE the fridge!
Middle-These little jars were $1. I wanted to buy a dozen (but I resisted because I didn’t have a plan for them.) These would be great for healthy snacks (like sunflower seeds), office supplies (paper clips), bobby pins, hair ties, or even small toys (Barbie shoes!). These would also be great to keep spare change in, or collections of items like sea glass.
Top Right-So this isn’t the brand I’ve used but these are the style of container that I’m currently obsessed with. I LOVE these for the pantry. I use them to store my protein shake supplies, boxes of grains (like pasta), jars of spices and packets of seasoning. They had lots of sizes, starting at $1.99. Again, I had to resist buying them all. Get there and get some. They are awesome! I also love that you can label the handle.
Bottom-This is a utensil organizer….another brand seen at The Container Store for much more. Obviously great for your utensil drawer, but also awesome to create a mail station by the door, sort toys, use for art supplies like markers or even toothbrushes in a bathroom drawer.
Stak Pack-These little containers were about $1.50. Use them to organize messy craft supplies-pom poms, paints, beads and more. If something leaks, just toss the container and don’t worry about it. They are clear so you can see what’s inside too!
Bottom left-These little fabric bins were $1! Yeah, get a lot because they are awesome for books, school supplies, office supplies, small items in the pantry and so much more.
