Pac Safe Anti Theft Travel Bag

I’ve started to travel a lot for business over the past year and since I’m alone 90% of the time, I’ve started to really think about security. I came across Pac Safe at the suggestion of a friend. I was sent the Venture Safe 300 bag to review.

The bag was much smaller than I had anticipated when it arrived. However, I was not daunted by this as I know that as an organizer I can make great things happen even in a small space.

I started by adding my laptop to the bag. I have a small 13″ and it fit perfectly within the padded compartment. I also had a little room left over in front of my computer to put my Kindle in.

The bag has two side pockets which I love for water bottles, etc. I always buy water after I’ve been through security and I hate it when it condenses on the inside of my bag.

There is a headphone port in this bag so you can put your iPod inside and string out the headphones.

I love the handle at the top in case you can’t use the shoulder strap for a period of time. Its also helpful when trying to get through security quickly.

What I like most about this bag is its security features. The bag has tamper proof zippers. Each zipper has a hook that must be opened before the zipper can be undone. This is great for peace of mind that someone can not open your bag quickly and easily while it is behind you or you are in a crowd.

The shoulder strap is slash proof and the bag itself is cut proof. Both of those things are great security features you just don’t find in every bag.

So over all I think this is a great bag. Its more expensive than other bags its size, but you are paying for peace of mind that your items are secure. If you are taking a long trip or like to carry a lot with you on the plane, this isn’t the bag for you. However, as a carry on and as a go to day bag when you arrive at your destination, this bag rocks!
