Silicone bracelets are super popular. They are lightweight, comfortable and in the case of ICOE bracelets, can mean saving a life. ICOE can put just about anything on your bracelet. They have sports, designs, medications, allegories, and of course, there is space to add your contact information. Give E.M.T.s an advantage in an emergency and give them the information they need to treat your properly. The good thing about the information being engraved is that it won’t wear off. These are also much less expensive than traditional emergency bracelets. At just $8.99 each, they come in 11 color choices-get more than one!
You need a good hair tie to keep you hair out of your eyes and off your neck. I like one that looks cute on my wrist when it’s not in use and looks good in my hair at the same time. Active Accessories’ hair ties don’t damage your hair either!
Carrying identification with you is very important when you’re outside of your home. In case of emergency, medical personnel will be able to find your emergency contact information as well as medical information quickly and easily. Road ID has a wide variety of wrist bands, shoe id tags and even dog tags that all attach easily and feel comfortable while being worn. They come in lots of colors and have tons of ways they can be customized. I’ve worn a Road ID for years and although I’ve never needed it, it’s peace of mind for me and for my husband, waiting at home. They are inexpensive and make an amazing gift! (Clutter free too!)
Winter means shorter daylight hours which means that you don’t have a lot of time for working out and if you are going to venture out, you need to be safe. Personal Reflectors has just what you need to make sure you stay visible. Their reflectors come in various shapes, sizes and colors and can be affixed to a leash, hat or really anything you are wearing or carrying. I love that they can be easily moved from outfit to outfit and they really provide more than one point of visibility unlike most jackets or reflective devices. These are inexpensive and great to give to anyone who is outside after dark. These come in all shapes and sizes you could want. My favorites? Walking or running in cotton socks can cause hot spots, blisters and old fashioned pain. Wear socks that will wick moisture away from your feet and cushion them at the same time. I love Bombas socks. They are made for men, women and kids and they come in both calf and ankle length. They are so soft and comfy you will love putting them on. It’s hard to believe but they get softer with wear and washing too. They have a hidden secret too. For every pair you purchase, Bombas donates a pair to those in need. Treat your feet and those less fortunate at the same time.
Being aware of what’s going on around you while running or walking on the street is important. You don’t have to give up listening to music all together with the Fuser. A great gift for any runner or walker!

If you want a reflective patch that will stay on your clothes permanently, check out ION Designs. Their creative and custom designs are able to be ironed onto your workout gear. They stay put, wash after wash and keep you safe on the road. I love the custom designs…so unique and FUN. Everyone from kids to grown ups will love these.
