Easy Weekend Crockpot Cooking~Sausage and Peppers

If you’re looking for something super fast and easy, this is your recipe. It’s also awesome to take to parties and serve during those Sunday night football games. You’re not going to believe how simple it is.

Get some sausage…any flavor or variety you like and cut it up into bite size pieces. You can add it to the crockpot uncooked or pan fry it quickly.Next, cut up red and green peppers. I used two of each. Toss these into the crockpot too.

Depending on the type of sausage you selected, you can add more spice, or just cook it the way it is. A packet of ranch is a good choice. Taco or fajita seasoning is also awesome. Be creative and experiment.

Serve as is or over rice. You can even eat it on hoagie rolls.
