Photo Books

December 22, 2008 • Holiday Organizing Tips

Most people take lots of photos around the holidays, however most of them end up staying on the computer, or in a shoe box. Even worse, they leave them on the memory card of their camera.

This year, take a little time and build yourself a photo book. These books are sold by companies such as My Publisher and Apple. They allow you to include a large amount of photos by simply dragging and dropping them into a computer program. With a program so easy to use, there is no excuse for leaving your pictures on the camera.

Consider these types of photo books as gifts for those you don’t see often throughout the year. These relatives and friends will love to see how your family has grown, and what you have been up to the past year.

There is a saying, “What gets written down gets attended to, and what gets attended to gets done.”

Write down your organizing goals and hold yourself accountable for completing them.

I know it seems like a big chore, but you’ll be glad you did it once you’re done!
