If you have lots of friends who are good bakers, and everyone is dreaming of holiday baking, I have a solution for you.
Sit down, make a list of cookies, and assign every person participating an item to bake. For example, one person makes brownies, one makes chocolate chip cookies, one makes sugar cookies, etc.
However, instead of making one batch of your assigned cookie, make one batch for each person participating. So if you have five people participating, each person bakes five batches of their type of cookie. Then arrange a meeting (over coffee and a small cookie tasting is always fun!) where you divide up the baked goods. Now everyone has an assortment of baked goods without having to have all the ingredients and having to change gears many times!
Happy Baking this season!
