About the party:
The time of year when we start thinking about cutting back on some of our least healthy habits has arrived. We look to make achievable resolutions, knowing that #LittleChanges, as opposed to major lifestyle overhauls, give us a better chance at seeing lasting results. Diet-related resolutions, for instance, could be as simple as swapping out some of our guiltiest pleasures like cookies or cake for healthier, but equally delicious alternatives.

This New Year, the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council wants to share some #LittleChanges you can make to achieve your healthy resolutions. Along with celebrity Alison Sweeney, we’ll be chatting about some of these #LittleChanges and how eating blueberries can help along the way!
