Cutest Keychains Ever

These keychains are so darn adorable, they will make you smile every time you use one, see one or gift one.  They are also super easy to make.  The materials are also affordable!

Materials:

Split ring key-chains (I already had them on hand but hardware stores have them)

Small hard plastic animals (I used dinosaurs, but you can use anything you like)

Screw Eyes (I purchased from Amazon)

Spray Paint (I used gold and bought it on Darby Smart)

Primer (optional)

Glue (optional)

Instructions:

Screw eye hook into the animal.  I added a drop of glue on it to keep it in place.

You can prime the animals if you’d like.  I skipped this.

Spread out a paper and spray paint the animals.  You may have to do one side, let dry and do the other.  I also did two coats of spray paint on each of them.

Once this is completely dry, you’re ready to add the split ring and gift!

You can use any type of animal toy for this.  Just make sure they are made of hard plastic.  I was able to screw in the eye hooks by hand.  If the material is harder you may want to pre drill or use an an awl to make a hole first.
